Long Distance Call - Taiwan/China #

Hey guys, My girlfriend gave me this number, 09???????, its a cell phone over in Taiwan or China somewhere. Does anyone know anything about dialing numbers over there? I know you have to dial 011+country code(which is 886 for taiwan and 86 for china) + ???? I don't know what else to dial. I don't even know if thats a cell phone from taiwan or china. She wont call back for a while so i'm trying to figure out how to call that number.

Don't you need to know which country she's in? It doesn't seem you do... Call both I guess if it's that important...

Hey guys, thanks for you help. I called the operator and got connected. A 50 minute calling card lasted me ten minutes. hehe. Thanks for helping tho. and even she doesn't know if its china or taiwan. She's in taiwan, but doesn't know where the cell is from ( its not hers)
