Long black screen on boot after add new HD

After i added a new 200gb hd i started to get a kinda long black screen (total black) on boot... it lasts for around 20seconds...

Any idea what can be that?

If that matter it was formated before on a xbox then i put on the pc and formated via windows drive manager.


EDIT:

if it makes any difference the master is on middle of cable and slave on edge
