The show is fake, fake rednecks and fake outrage. Even the gay comments etc., was planned to get the outrage machine going so that viewership goes up, and merchandise sells even more that before.

Common knowledge. They were on one of the big news shows(60 minutes maybe), and they talked about their past, and how they got into the show. Dunno about those exact pictures, but that looks right from the TV. It's an accurate example if nothing else.

The video does have a point that being rich is mentioned much more as a Sin than being homosexual in the bible. However somehow the conservative Christians seem to miss that one and focus on Homosexuality. Hmmmm :whiste:
 
Shows like this are one of the reasons I dropped satellite. All reality tv is just bullshit, I got sick of the lies and even skipping the channels didn't seem enough to me.

I don't care about duck dynasty but holy shit talk about milking the hell out of something. A walk through walmart particularly around the sporting goods section SO Much stuff is DD. It's just going to whore itself out until all the interest runs out.
 
Yes it did. The other thread got far too long for the attention span of the average reality show viewer. Must think in outrage bytes.

With the expanded airwave bandwidth of switching to digital, you'd think we could manage at least outrage nibbles.
 
I couldn't listen to that annoying prick for the whole video. Blasting Robertson for being "greedy", what, because he started an incredibly successful business? I wonder if the tool in the video thinks the same of Steve Jobs.

Steve Jobs wasn't using the bible to condemn gay people, so not really applicable.

But the guy in the video was repeatedly blasting Robertson for being "greedy." I just don't see how you can say that about Robertson. I don't see anything supporting that.
