the band's name stands for Leaf Band

It's a bunch of japanese comedians that came together to form a funny band...it's much like Wierd Al Yankovic.
 
japanese comedian groups neptunes and unnan from the tv show warau inu, it had a ~5 year run, ended this last fall. 🙁
