I have never once had a problem with Tiger Direct ever since I ordered from them more than 7 years ago. How many on-line retailers have been around that long? Plus, they send me their neato catalog a few times a year.

Also, their return policy is much more lenient than most on-line retailers... probby because their prices aren't always the lowest - but their shipping is pretty low.

I don't understand their bad rep.

I undersatand that a lot of people have trouble with them, but I've ordered a bunch of times without any problem. RMA'd a stick of RAM with no trouble.
