whoa we have he same exact firefox skin and sorta simiar windows theme(I'm assuming youre running the vista rc?) and same monitor resolution. I was confused for a second by the double scroll bars after i zoomed in on the image.

its just XP, with windowsblinds eminence. i like it though, black windows, black WMP, black FF. finally.
