This is clearly targeted at a younger audience... take the age of the kid involved, subtract 2-4 years, and there's your target audience.
 
Im 42 and will be getting this. Its actually a cool concept. Single player will blow but the battle mode look like it would be fun. Definately a play at home game. No way I will be screaming ROCK ON in public. Wonder how many songs they can squeeze on the chip.
 
I'm think I'm going to pick it up at least for the guitar grip. Hopefully a homebrew FoF solution is on the way.
