He deserves a beating for most of that stuff, however some of it was good. The dog crap was a good one, I wonder how they got all that crap? The other good was was the license plate, I wonder how long he drove around with that on?

I'm concocting suitable punishment:
I see him sitting atop a dunk tank. The tank is filled with liquefied dog feces. His mouth is somehow forcibly held open.
Passers by are given the option of throwing dog turds at him, or at the target to dunk him, or both.

Oh, and his hands are tied behind is back.
