Some of you guys are clueless.

It actually is normal for some notebook HD to have a slight rattle.

And all 2.5" drives rattle, so why does that make Fujitsu shifty?

My new hitachi 2.5" that replaced the original Fujitsu drive does not rattle.

Really? The Hitachi in my IBM and the IBM in my Dell (go figure) both rattle.

This is the freakin USA, you have to put disclaimers on things or else stupid people will sue or think the device is broken.
