They have like some crappy automated dj. She was like saying a little bit about coldplay and then was like lets mellow out to their hit song Yellow. I was thinking yeah they probably would like people to mellow out cause they know that the person is gonna yell at them for their poor service.

I agree newegg is good because they try hard. But I had to call because my RMA was for a cd burner, not my dvd burner. That's $40 I would have missed out on.

The last time I ordered a part, they charged me $250 instead of $34.
