I was speculating last night what led to the creation of the juggalo. I figure it's America's version of Britain's chavs - an outlet for intentionally anti-social behaviour amongst the more mentally handicapped of the nation's youths.

he's busy using his boston college (?) education to work his 75k a year engineering job to support his 2 kids, all at the age of 27. he's like the one juggalo success story.
