So my coworker got one of those e-mails from "Citibank" saying they lost her information and need her account number and PIN. Nevemind that it's ridiculous that a bank would have lost her account number but NOT her e-mail address. Nevermind that banks NEVER ask for your PIN number. Nevermind that phishing has been all over the news as of late, warning people to not give your account number or PIN to anyone. She still did it.
Next day: Bank account balance = $0.00.
LOL. Idiot.
Citi did end up putting the money she lost back into her account. Good company. Moronic client.
