I look up my old high school: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/M...an_Douglas_High_School

Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School opened in 1990. The school was named after the protector of the Everglades, Marjory Stoneman Douglas. In 2006, Principal Daniel Traeger departed Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School and was named the Principal of Broward County High School Reform. He was replaced by Assistant Principal Ann Andersen-Kowalski, a lesbian named lesbian of the year by lesbian magazine. But its ok because lesbians are hot.The only subjects taught are anatomy and sex-ed.

The school has recently turned into a fully operation prison with the inclusion of several security cages on the exits, which actually serve no purpose because they're etarnally unlocked and unmonitered, and by the fact that there are many open exits. Mike McClure and Formerlly Dan Ziribe, a french communist bastard, are notorious for skipping and leaving thru one of the open exits, commonly the field behind the softball field.

The school has a drug problem, given that its been taken over by rich potheads and colmbian drug cartels. Drugs and porno can be bought in the bathroom and principles office. Recently used condoms can be acquired for free in the senior lot and the School Resource Officer's room.

Tarevella, Monarch, Cypress Bay, Deerfield Beach, Coral Springs, and Coconut Creek High Schools all blow monkey vagina.

I SHIT EGGS

It goes on from there ;)

heh I suppose the maturity and accuracy depends on the topic. I actually find it somewhat surprising how infrequently articles are defaced, or if they are, how quickly they are restored.

Ill never forget when I went to read an article about the process of making cheese and Janet Reno was specifically mentioned as an integral part (or was it ingredient?) of the process.

Rofl, funny article. Admittedly though, last time I went by Douglas, it looked like the remnants of a nuclear bomb site! The paint job (was?)/is horrible!

yea, we had some major problems with that when we were there. A combination of too much water in the concrete & horrible humidity cause quite the issue :)

I remember being horribly bored once, so I read a bunch of Star Wars lore and such(no, I'm not a SW freak, I just couldn't think of anything else I hadn't already read ;) ).
When I got to the section about Leia, it turned into soft core S/M novel somewhere in the middle.
But what made me laugh the most about it was that it got more and more nasty, until the end where someone had edited in "Seriously, who the fuck wrote this sick shit???" or some such :D

well there are exceptions and it's obvious that there will be pages that are defaced. however, most of the time, it's restored very quickly.

This?

That looks like some development of it, and it's missing the "Who the fuck..." comment ;)

EDIT: Wiki History
Looking at the edits ...
It looks like this post was edited

Revision as of 21:44, 1 January 2008 (Time is UTC time zone)

Looks like the Wiki page was defaced only 5 hours before the original post of this thread by somebody with comcast as their ISP.

Then somebody with bellsouth as their ISP further defaced it.

And then it was fixed 6 minutes after the original post in this thread by somebody with Optimum Online.

Twas an entertaining read :)
