I would automatically assume this is a scam because most rational people wouldn't choose a complete stranger for this kind of transaction. Not to mention you can get free checking accounts.

Unquestionably a scam.

He will paypal you the money. You send out the cash, but he just claims that he never received it and do a chargeback. Paypal will almost certainly refuse to reverse the chargeback - leaving you out of pocket.

tell him if he can pass a simple quiz, then you will do it; the quiz being able to add a frickin' period every once in awhile :D

And probably thinking that nobody would persue a $37 rip-off!
