I think the OP thought that ATOT would jump on this because generally, Geek Squad is looked down upon by the tech community.

He didn't realize that human decency trumps everything.

No. I started the thread hoping that someone from their corporate office would chime in and help. Then the Geek Squad crew decided to chime in.

Of course I knew that I messed up my shipping but I tried to fix it as soon as I realized it. I didn't throw a fit at the store and didn't raise my voice to the phone chick. Now that its over a week later, I'm getting a bit pissed. And when I get pissed, I get pissy.

No, more that he claimed nerd status -- the status of we who are capable of understanding the most complex systems in the universe -- while presenting straightforward evidence that the bar of a system designed for the lowest common denominator was set just a little over his head.

You can't expect us to not smash his face in that.
