Everybody otherwise seemed okay, but as far as we know no one was gifted with a free iPod in exchange for the 45 minutes they spent trapped, encased in glass like so many specimens for study.

Did apple ever state the Macs don't lockup? If so that's false advertising mine locks up just as much as my windows box if not more.

several times in their current ad campaign. Though I believe they carefully chose the word "froze" - I've never seen a OSX mac do that. i've seen PLENTY of spinning beachball, though. But the thing is spinning, so it's not really "frozen"
