imho they should make a dedicated sub forum for these kinds of stories, I'm always interested in asshole/dirty cop and would probably just frequent there instead of poking around ATOT looking for these stories.

Not that much unless the pilot fired some hellfires and destroyed a few commercial or residential block.

Video won't load right for me, all I could get was him asking for her name and then talking on a radio a lot.

Did anything actually happen? This actually seems...vaguely reasonable to me. They're searching for someone. They see a person (people?) out in the desert off of the road. They investigate. They leave.

Was there more to it?

I couldn't see, was there someone else in the helicopter?

Yeah there was a guy in the right seat, you could see him when the cop got back in at the end. As for the search as I understand it they are now allowed to search your person any time they stop you if they want "for their safety". Your vehicle is a different matter unless there is something in plain view or they bring a dog and it hits on something from the outside.

lol wow, what a waste of time for sure. Does come to show how the US is turning into a police state more and more though. Can't even go out exploring without being questioned. Soon they'll probably have curfews too.

Calm down people. Guy is just doing his job. We don't even know what he saw or why he was there. All he did was investigated and went on his way. Not every stop is a criminal. They actually catch a lot of criminals while doing other things or looking for other people though. She's in the middle of the Desert. For all he knew she's an illegal alien, drug running, burying a body out there, who knows. It's not like he beat the hell out of her or something. I'm glad we got cops being Vigilant and checking things out.

Welcome to Operation Stonegarden. DHS will reimburse local law enforcement to participate in border/drug war BS. San Bernardino County will likely bill the entire day of flying to DHS.

operation stone garden???

holy crap that's so despicable.. i look at it like...

cost of living a 1st world country... you will have some people, who want to relocate there, to better lives...

WHY. do we punish this.

we punish, the top echalon of society in another part of the world because they want to move here??? ok.. yeah, that works out for fucking math, for fucking evolution.. ok.. yeah fucking right.

you turn isolationist, you get inbred dna, eventually.. not what we want.. we all know the best phenomes come from the two most radically different genotypes.. and if we dont.. we dont deserve to live here on this planet. that is all.
