After hours and hours of VM's this guy FINALLY decided to do the right thing and call her parent. They told him to call the police. He did so. The police are gonna hold her until someone from VA goes and gets her.

She has a history of mental illness and has not been taking her meds. This is not just a case of him giving her $5.00 for gas and sending her on her way. He had contact with her, and even met her again, at least once... and when she started to go off the deep end, he posted it on a board for everyone's ridicule.

no, from what I read, he did not hit it.

He met her, help her and they talked. They met and talked some more. She got weird and he made a joke of her. She started sounding dangerous and he reported her.

But i had nothing to do today while they worked on my house renovations, so I read the whole thread. And I listened to all the VM/s too. At first they were funny. But then they got scary. And in the end, only those with no compasion what-so-ever would find it amusing. It is not funny to listen to a person literally going off the deep end.

At first I was joining the crowd and laughingly thinking what an utter nutcase but the reality is this woman is seriously mentally ill. Yeah, she is crazy but I feel sorry for her. What a sad life to have to drink your troubles away everynight then confess and ramble into a stranger's v.m.

I hope she gets some help or had some help depending on how the rest of the thread went.

shit happens. live happens. we are a product of our own choices. she obviously made the wrong ones and did nothing about it. no pity here.

Start from the last page... I think it is like 23 or something... and work your way backwards.
Just read the posts from AcquaMan.. (or whatever the OP is called)

He called her parents, too. And they told him to call the police. They said that because she was of age, they could not have her commited unless she became a danger to herself or others. Also, it is not clear if she was on meds or what. A couple of the other memebers there asked him if he met her or anything.. and he said he did.. with friends.. again, I am not sure, but it is all there...

My b/f and I listened to the first few and thought.. Good Lord, that gal is fvcking whacko! But the more we listened, it stopped being funny and got sad and scary. I skipped most of the rest and only listened to the last two or three. Man oh man... while it may seem funny... taking a step back and realizing that a human being is having a break down and going off the deep end... it is heartbreaking.

He and his friends didn't meet her, they all talked to her on the phone while they were at some gathering. Least that's what I read into what he said.

And yeah, at first it was funny, but then she just started sounding profoundly lonely and I felt bad for her. And when she started spewing bile at every race on the planet it was just tragic.
