So, I wake up this morning, and being the nerd I am I check my email.

There's an email from my ISP telling me they've recieved notice from NBC that I've downloaded tv shows onto my computer. Specifically, Battlestar Galactica Season 2 Episode 19.

The fun part about it? NBC can send me a million of those letters, and it won't make a difference. That email I got was what's called a "Notice of Notice", the isp won't take any action without a serious court order 🙂

yay bittorrent!

Basically mom didn't catch you playing with yourself but knows you do it; so you're still proud. LMAO!

So you don't think they can escalate it with an obvious evidence trail?

Look if it goes to court since it's NBC just get a witness that you watched the commercials and they will promptly dismiss all charges.

I don't think a confession made on an anonymous internet forum counts for anything in a court of law.

But there could be an escalation by obtaining a court order, just to warn you
