Logon Message Error (WinXP Pro) HELP!!!

I have a problem. When i start my computer all the drives load up. My Primary Master/Slave, and Secondary Master/Slave all show up and load. After they load i get this meesage, "Primary IDE Channel no 08 Conductor Cable Installed", then windows continues to load up and loads up perfectly, and windows runs fine. Can anyone help me with this problem. What do i have to do to fix the message. Thanx.
