Logoff item in Win98 start menu, how do I get rid of it?

I want to get rid of that "Log Off as (yourname)" in the Win98 start menu. Is there a registry key or something to set to turn it off?

Just being anal and nitpicky, but curious. Thanks.

Hi there,
Why not use some of the thousands of tweaking tools like Tweaki
Xsetup etc...
It will solve your problem instead of meddling with the
registry

go into the registry by typing "regedit" in the run box or double clicking on regedit.exe in the windows directory
then browse to local_user/software/microsft/windows/current version/polocies/explorer
and create a binary value named "nologoff" and set it to 1
1 = logoff is gone
0 = logoff is shown

Hkey_current_user\software\microsoft\windows\currentversion\policies\explorer Choose: edit> new> binary value. name the new entry: nologoff, press enter and set the value to: 01 00 00 00. Click o.k. Reboot and your done
