Logo work, site design

My wife and I are in the beginning stages of starting up a small home business. We're doing PC work, like PC repair, PC custom builds (Business/gamer/family), upgrades etc.

We only have 2 local shops to compete with at the moment and there price are very expensive from a consumer stand point. The only reason they get business is because they are the only 2 shops within 20miles, most of their business is people who don't know any better.

Anywho I'm looking for some basic pricing for logo work and a 1-5pg website.

In terms of the logo were looking for something cross transferrable to different mediums, (i.e. documents, letterheads, website, business cards, flyers...etc)

I'd also like to know if there might be a good CMS out there that has good support, and offers mods. for say a store front.
