Logmein - Faster Frame Rate

I am currently using logmein.com to access my laptop at home from work. It is a windows XP machine. I am using the free version of logmein, but I am kinda irritated by the slow frame rate it has when viewing from work. Is there a way to make it look and fee smoother? Almost like real-time, streaming, etc? Please let me know.
