I just got off the phone with a tech support guy from Logitech. I called (toll call I might add) Logitech because after 2 emails and no response, I got tired of waiting. I contacted Logitech because the volume button is really sticky on my Logitech Z560's. So much so, that it's a PITA to modulate the volume.
The CSR gave me two options; I could send in the whole speaker package for repair or try and fix it myself, but sticking a knife between the volume button and the pod. Nice options... I told the guy that I'm going to exercise my third option, to go buy another set at a local store, swap control pods and then return it.
