Just sharing my experience:

My Illuminated keyboard's E-key was dying after nearly 3 years of use. The keyboard had 3-year warranty. All they needed was the electronic paypal receipt from my eBay purchase, I didn't even need to send the keyboard over for inspection. The warranty claim was handled within one day, and I received the brand new keyboard next Monday (three working days later). Simple, fast, friendly, professional no fuss service.

Logitech is awesome. I just wish they made a gaming board with mechanical switches... then I wouldn't even consider any other brand.

Ditto on a Logitech mouse I had. It was nearing 3 years this month and for some reason it kept randomly disconnecting for milliseconds at a time. I e-mailed them and they basically just asked for a receipt and then quickly shipped me a replacement. I didn't even need the send the old one back.

Pretty awesome. Also all the more reason for me to buy stuff from amazon/newegg. That way I dont need to keep track of receipts myself, they're all online.

That's one reason why I just bought a G500 to replace my Steelseries Xai. 3 year warranty and no hassle RMA. Steelseries only had 1 year.

Hmm... I've had logitech mice replaced without issue as well. They have a great customer service department over there.

Perhaps I need to give logitech an email as well, the delete doesn't work on my illuminated keyboard anymore.

Never used a Logitech keyboard at home (did at work for a bit), but I do have the LX-7 and LX-8 and also the MX1000 mice. MX1000 was ok but too large for my hand. The other two are nice and small, nit the LX-8 has the extra buttons on the side. LX-7 has them just below the scroll wheel. So far, very reliable and runs on 2 AA cells.

My G9 mouse's Right Click was going (wouldn't register sometimes), so I called up Logitech expecting :

RMA number
Wait for label in the mail
Ship from UPS at my expense
wait 4 weeks
Receive replacement (refurbished)

What I got was :

Asked for my NewEgg packing list because I didn't have a receipt
Told to expect a replacement in a few weeks
Six days later got a brand new mouse

I agree my m57 mouse was being rough to move around.. They sent me a new one not to many questions asked.

I bave had great experiences with logitech customer service as well. Last year my g930 headset broke, the microphone snapped off. It was probably my fault. I called them up and explained, had a new unit shipped to me within days for free. I was pretty happy. Amazon is another company with amazing customer service imho.
