I live in New Delhi,India and I don't think klipsch will be easy to find.

My budget is Rs.8000-12000 for speakers+sound card and in India speakers are more expensive than they are in the US.

Klipsch doesnt come in a 230V version. Just get the Logitechs, are the 5500's availible there?
