There was a fire in my suite this week and the box that went up had the remote for my z680's in it (among other things), I emailed Logitech and the response I got was they cant just replace the remote, the whole unit needs to be replaced, which doesn?t make much sense. So does anyone know if this is true? If not I can go by another one, take the remote use my universal to learn the codes and solve it that way, if somehow the remote only works with the unit it came with, then this is going to be problematic.
