Logitech z680 LCD Display problem

I just bought these speakers and the LCD display on the Control center is barely visible. The blue light comes on, but the black text is extremely faint.

Is this a common problem? Is there any way to fix it?

If not, should I contact the store I bought it from or Logitech?

I have no idea if this is a common problem or not. If you want to return/exchange them, go through the store first, if you can.
