Logitech Z560 Bass Loss Problem

Hi,

I have my Z560 hooked up to my SB Live, but if I turn off the power via the pod and turn it back down, I loose bass, and the remedy is unplugging and plugging back in the cable that connects the pod to the woofer. Any idea why this occurs? Anyone else with this problem?
