Spotted the Logitech z540 (5-speaker set) for $39.90 at the Buckland Hills Target in CT. It's marked clearance. I own a set and it pretty decent and a step up from my 5-yr old Cambridge PCWorks set.

Also spotted Red Sony Dual Shock analog PS controllers at $3.47 each as well as a PS mem card at the same price.

It's not a sale, they're on clearance.

There's a ton of stuff on clearance in the electronics dept. Go in and take a quick look. Most items are 50% off.

various reasons like discontinued models, poor sales, etc.. As always with Target clearance items, YMMV big time.

Yea I saw these + the 2.1 logitech model too. They were like $50/$35 still. Perhaps I should have scanned it in a price scanner though.

Confirmed sighting in Virginia Beach. $39.99 red-tag for the 540's. $24.99 red-tag for the Z-340 (2.1 spkrs). Great deal! I was shopping around for a deal on a Sonicare toothbrush and remember this post :)

They're at JustDeals for $34.95 (and there's a $5 off coupon code at FW). But shipping is pretty high. Check out my other thread for the Logitech Elite Keyboard that you could get it with to spread out the shipping costs :)

I just came back from Target in San Jose, Z340 cost me $35. Any idea if the price on them will go down?

Thanks Naruto,
New Park Mall is more drive than I want to do for $10=), however I'm hoping for the local stores to drop prices sometime soon. Target does allow 90 days for return, however they only adjust their own prices within 14 days. A little bit of a weird policy as I'm wondering if they would let me return at price I bought it at and buy the same one at the discounted price after 14 days. Will have to see.

Just a heads up if you don't have a Target nearby and are looking to buy the z340's. Staples B&M is selling them for 29 bucks.

I was at the one in Bloomingdale, for anyone around, and they were $60 at register.
