all of a sudden my speakers wouldnt turn on, i checked the fuse and it seems to be blown, i emailed technical support and they insist that i do not touch anything and either use the warranty or send in for replacement, the thing is i bought these on ebay from an online retailer as a remanfactured item. on the back it says 4 amp 125volt slow blow, i bought some 4 amp 125volt "fast acting" fuses from radio shack, put one in and it blew right away, twice. im not to electrically inclined so any help would be appreciated. thanks

I'm also not very electrically inclined, but I do know that you should put in a slow blow fuse if that's what the speakers call for.

logitech is VERY good about replacement about speakers. They don't really seem to care about where or when u bought them they just asked for the serial number on the sub. I had something break in my z640's head phone jack which cause no noise to come from the other speakers just the head phones. they said they would send a replacement set of speakers which they did they didn't even care about sending my speakers back they said once I get the new set I should open up my old other speakers and see if I can fix them my self. which I did so now I have two pairs of working speakers. cool

i just called logitech support, and they didnt even bother to help me out, they just told me to contact the person whom i bought it from. anybody else have any ideas? i originally bought these speakers off a site, www.justdeals.com and they offer a 30 day return policy, but im overdue by 7 days. so that rules out that option. any help would be greatly apprecieated.

I'd call Logitech back to ask them if they will service the speakers. Give them the serial on the sub. Judging from the 6 month reseller rating on Justdeals (3.58) :Q I doubt they care much about their customers, but it'd be worth a polite phone call at least.

Yes it was free I didn't have to do anything I kept my old speakers and they send me new ones by the next week. I would call logetech again and not give them ur whole little story just tell them that the speakers aren't working anymore and you think it is the fuse and you don't know what you should do.
