Hi, i have a Logitech Z560 speaker along with Soundblaster Audigy 2

one speaker is louder than the other. i want to know does it happen to you.

when i switch the "M3D" off, and at a low volume (room size), my front left and rear right(diagonal) is obviously louder and the vocal(the singer's voice) is obviously clearer.

i want to know does it happen to you.? how can i balance it? or is it an error?

thanks

check your wires. make sure you have the polarity correct and taht they have a good connection. match striped cable to red plug/match black cable to black plug. also, check your setting in your control panel for ur soundcard.

under surround mix(audigy2), i test the speakers using the "channel" button and the all have sound. But even in the test, one speaker is louder than the other.

cuz i don'tk now if it is my soundcard driver issue.

just installed the new driver for my audigy2.

before i install., only the front left speaker is louder now the rear right too.

i was thinking i connect to a wrong wire, where front i put rear, somehting like that... but not.

it has been a few days after my last post.

and the misbalance is kinda obvious.

i have another question about the CMSS..

what is the value of the CMSS and CMSS2 that u have? i have both set to 0%.

Before, mine were not in balance. Front left and rear right were louder, b/c i had used a "rear"(longer) speaker wire for the front left and a "front"(shorter) speaker wire for the rear right b/c of how my desk is in my room. I thought it wouldnt matter....just speaker wire, but when i switched the wries back, everything was good.
