Hi everyone,
I currently have my ps3 hooked to my logitech Z-5500 5.1 speakers with optical output. The rear and center speakers are fine but the front two speakers have no sound. I dont know why its acting up. I tried changing the settings but to no avail. When I put the settings on Stereo, I could hear a muffed sound. Anyone help?

Check your connections - it sounds like one of your cables is either not connected correctly or there is something wrong with the speaker wire.

Thank you for replying.

I tried doing that and switched speakers but nothing, no sound. The muffed sound was the subwoofer. If it was the cable wires then at least one of the speakers would work and I doubt both speaker wires are defective. I tried cycling the effects on the Z-5500 and the same result. I'm really stuck. Anyone?

I hooked them up to my computer with analogue and the fronts dont work either. I guess the front amp is broken. Is there anyway to fix it?

Call Logitech or take them back to the store where you purchased them.

I sure hope they are under warranty. That muffled sub noise was the kiss of death for my dear Klipsch pro medias.
