Logitech WingMan Force doesn't work with Soltek SL-75DRV5

I clean installed my pc after fixing in the m/b with Windows 98. Install Nvidia latest driver with no problem then installed Sound Blaster Live driver & Logitech IFeel USB Mouse driver, no problem so far. Then when I installed the Logitech WingMan Force driver, my pc freezes at the part when the pc needs to detect the device. When I did a reset, it freezes again while in desktop. I even tried installing Windows ME but it didn't work either. Please help on this problem.

My specs: AMD XP1800, Soltek SL-75DRV5, 256MB 2700 DDR, GeForce 2 MX 32MB, Sound Blaster Live, Logitech IFeel USB Mouse.

Try disabling the on-board game port in bios. If it's already disabled, enable it

Make sure you have DX8.0 or 8.1
