I'd probably get more response in OT, but I'll try the proper forum. The WingMan Cordless Rumblepad is on sale at Amazon.com, and a good bargain after rebate.
I've read some reviews on the Web, and they are not glowing (probably average 6-7 on a scale of 10).
Anybody have any opinions or actual usage with this gamepad? I don't really need cordless, but it seems that for the sale price it's worth having. I've read cordless lags just a bit for FPS games, but that's what the mouse/board are for. 😉
My main concern with a 2.4 GHz wireless device is that it will interfere with 802.11b WiFi networking. I already have a couple DST 2.4 GHz cordless phones, and on occasion they do interfere with my 802.11b network. If that's a problem at all, then I'll probably stick with a corded gamepad. Thanks.
