Logitech Warranty/RMA???

My Logi MX500 mouse is making funny and annoying sounds everytime i click and the base is doing the same. Does logitech have a warranty or rma service I can use or do I need a new mouse? I got it from amazon.com in february.

logitech.com is crapola.. they tell you to call some long distance # and then bs you for as long as possible on the phone. call this number: 800-231-7717. this is their toll free # that they gave me after listening to the dude say, "umm, please hold" for about a half hour.

if you go through the support route at logitech they have a self help wak trhough, and if you go through it and still have no answer they will drop you into the email support system, they are fairly helpful, and are good about answering you that dayor the next.

Personally, I think Logitech rocks. I emailed them twice about problems with my Z-560's, then called the non-toll free number, spent about 15 minutes on the phone, got the RMA, and I'm happy. My control pod went bad, I'm sending it back, they are sending me a brand new set of 6.1 speakers that aren't even on their website yet, and I can do whatever I want with the 560 speakers and sub.

I had the head phone jack on my z-640 screw up on me the sound was only working with a jack in it. called logitech they sent me a brand new set of speakers and even told me that if I open up the center speaker I would probably be able to fix what ever was shorting out the jack causeing it to do that. So now I have 2 sets of z-640's not bad deal to me.

same way with my klipsch 5.1 promedias. died on me, sent em in, I got the ultras before anybody had them on the shelf:)

too bad I sold them:(
