A bit out of the ordinary, since most people post about bad experiences with support from various companies, but, this isn't one of those post.

They still have awesome support.
They swapped out a mouse for a better mouse.
This is why I buy Logitech's stuff, they really have great support. 🙂

Guess they'd rather pay $10 to keep an existing customer than $30 to acquire a new one.

Note: Those figures are wild guesses.
 
I've had nothing but positive interactions with Logitech support. I won't buy any other mouse, that's for sure.
