Question Logitech Setpoint or Options?

Hi All,
My new M705 mouse came with "Options" software. I have Logitech Setpoint software already installed. Does anyone know if I can delete Setpoint? So far, everything is working with both Setpoint and Options software installed. I tried to find the answer at Logitech's site, but couldn't find the answer.
