Large remote like the previous thread.
No marketplace until next year.
Video Chatting if you buy the external camera.
DNLA streaming support

The Chromium browser crashed on Amazon's site while trying to pull up Iron Man 2 on Amazon VOD, but otherwise was quicker than expected.

Hardware
• HDMI 1.3 with 1080p, 60fps output
• 2 USB ports (allowing for added local Google TV storage)
• 802.11a/b/g/n wireless connectivity
• Integrated support for the Logitech Harmony remote
• SPDIF audio out
• Ethernet connectivity

Pricing
The Revue box itself is priced at $299, the keyboard at $99, the mini controller at $129, and the smartphone apps are already available for free. The TV cam is pricey, no doubt, at $149. The Revue setup will be available for preorder from Best Buy and Amazon, shipping this month.

So you are looking at $300 minimum with a maximum of $600?
Wow, LOL

(Note: A Lenovo Nettop with a keyboard remote and an actual OS (windows 7) costs $300)

My guess would be that this product doesn't sell many units until there is an app store and the price comes down significantly.

Not sure how you are adding it up. The Revue unit will include the $99 keyboard. They are selling the $99 remote for a spare or another GoogleTV device. (Sigh of relief from the Sony buyers?)

If you want to video chat it is $450 (299 Revue+149 Camera), which looks a lot better than Cisco's Umi.

$299 + $129 + $149 = $577 which is roughly $600.

Anyways, what do people thing of the product at its price point?

If you are a Dish Network subscriber, you can get it for only $179, which is a pretty hefty discount.

Anyone know if the keyboard is backlit?

Doesn't look like it from the Logitech web site.

Also looking from the network media GUI.

Of course it won't sell a ton yet. It's a new device that does almost everything. I definitely won't get it until the price drops a lot.

This is very cool though:

There is no OTA tuner built in or DVR. You would need to bring your own CableBox/DVR with it.

All Google TV is, is a search feature with paid Apps.
You still have to pay for your Hulu
You still have to pay for your Netflix
You still have to pay for your TV Shows
You still have to pay for your Movies.

I see the point of this, but especially at this price it's WAY too much money for what you get.

a bit too high. DNLA support is nice. but netflix and amazon VOD... I get that from a $100 roku. Arguably, could pick up an xbox for 150-200, and spend the rest on a few years of xbox live.

there needs to be more content. I like the device, but the pricing hurts it. video chat isn't exactly a feature I'm dying for either.
