Logitech Revolution VX - thoughts?

We have the V400s at work and everyone I have given one to has liked it. This mouse looks very similar but I find it to be too small for my hand. The portability is excellent though. I love the fact that the receiver fits in the mouse for transport and ensures that it does not get turned on accidentaly.

Yeah, I've read that the VX is a bit larger. I don't like small mice and usually carry around my MX510 with me on the go, but the VX might fit the bill. Unfortunately there aren't any local stores that carry them yet.
 
OK I checked them out today (not in person - online) since we used up all of our stock of V400s. The only thing I can say is that the VX Revolution priced itself outside of what I find acceptable for a mouse. It is close to $100CAN more than the V400 which is a perfectly good mouse. I would love to order some of the new ones but I can't justify that price.

The MX Revolution that replaces the MX1000 is even more. That's just too much for a mouse.

Well, I ordered one today, so I'll let you know how it turns out. Wasn't cheap but I love Logitech mice, hope it's as good as I think it will be 🙂
 
I also love Logitech - the G7 is amazing!

Let me know what you think of the mouse and maybe I'll order some up. The price sure seems steep though.
 
I've avoided tilt wheels so far because they always seem to interfere with with the mouse wheel button. Has this changed?
