Ok, not sure if this should go here. But I am just curious if any of you have dealt with Logitech rebates. My gf and I will be applying for $60 rebates which is pretty hefty so I am curious how long it took and whether you used your packing slip or e-mail invoice as the receipt.

Thanks to anyone who contributes :)

Ditto. I've done probably 5 or 6 in recent memory and I've always received them with no issues. I have 3 pending right now and I'm not worrying about them at all.

My $50 Connect3D rebate on the other hand.. :|

Believe it or not, there's a special place here you can go with questions like this. There's lots of good information there for all rebate users.

As to what you use for a receipt, that depends on where you got it from and what the rebate company wants. Some rebate houses don't accept packing slips. Where did you buy it? Do you have a way to get a receipt from the site? It pays to check FIRST, rather than wait until they reject you and THEN determine what you should have sent. When in doubt, call the number on the rebate form for help in determining exactly what they want.

Hope this helps.

Wow, thanks! I got one webcam on mwave, and the other off amazon.com. I will probably call the number to see which they prefer to have. One rebate is $60 and the other is $40. Definitely don't want to lose that.
