Just got a Logitech QuickCam Traveler Camera, the one that can be used as a digital cam and a PC Cam. It connects via USB
Well the problem is, after installing the drivers, everytime I turn on the PC-Cam mode... either in the Logitech Quickcam software or the Netmeeting, the video will freeze at the first frame(showing a still shot). And the program (both quickcam software and netmeeting) will freeze, unless I end task.
Another side effect is, when I turn on the PC-Cam, my MS Intelli Optical mouse(usb)will go dead. But if I was using a regular ps/2 mouse...I wont have that problem.
I'm using Winxp, and the driver I used was the new Quickcam 6.0 driver for xp dled from Logitech site.
I never had any problem using any USB peripherals, this was a first. I even reinstalled my XP no luck ;(
What could be the problem??
Spec:
Abit KT7
Winxp Pro
ATI Radeon AIW
356MB Ram
Maxtor 20GB + 60GB HD
Sb Live Value
Realtek NIC
Can anyone help me with this problem before I send it back for a refound ?
Thanks
