I saw this Webcam in my morning email, and it seems like a pretty good deal.

It's not clear to me why Logitech decided to switch to a VGA sensor on the Quickcam 5000 rather than the CCD that was used in the Quickcam 4000. I opted to buy the 4000 model off just to get the CCD. They're kind of tough to find (and like $80 if you can find them), so I turned to ebay. After buying a refurb for $25 shipped, I was so happy with it that I bought another refurb from the same seller for $30 shipped.

Anyone know how this webcam or the Logitech Fusion compare to the new Microsoft webcams?
