Logitech Quick Cam 3000

Ok, so my g/f went out of town so I hooke up my Logitech Quick Cam 3000, installed Skype and got goin. Not 60sec into the call my comp makes a scream and reboots. When it comes up my keyboard is no longer lit and my mouse isn't working. I switch the mouse to another USB slot and it gets picked up by XP.

First thing I do is update my Geforce 6800 drivers, call her back and bang, another reboot! Mouse not workin again, keyboard lights off again etc. As long as I leave the video ae 320xwhatever in the little window I can talk, but if I put it in a larger window or fullscreen my comp reboots like clockwork.

I have NOTHING overclocked at all. I'm running:
Pentium4 2.4ghz dual core
Asus P4C800 Deluxe mobo
Razer copperhead mouse
Logitec G15 keyboard
2x WD caviar 120gig IDE drives
CD-RW drive (dunno brand off the top of my head)
ASUS DVD-RW
Evga Geforce 6800 128mb AGP
Seinhausser PC150 headphones
Antec 350watt PS

Personally, I think it's the Power supply. 350watts is the bare minimum for the 6800 and even my g/f's laptop runs the same webcam just fine. I figured I would ask though just in case you could think of something else to save me some money before I go ordering a 550watt PS.

All my drivers are up to date, I called Evga and they told me to upgrade my PS and that they were suprised a 350 watt even ran my setup.

Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
