Logitech Optical MouseMan wheel button not woking in UT

I just got this mouse and it works great. the only problem i have with it is that the 3rd button dosnt regester in UT. In windows I have it set to Autoscroll but in ut that comes up as nothing. the only way i can get ut to see the 3rd button is if i change it from autoscroll to button three. which is pointless becaue button three dosnt do anything at all in windows. anyone know a way around this?
