Logitech Optical Mouse

Hey, I just installed my new CL GF2 32MB (along w/ a fresh installed of 98 SE) and I'm having probs. w/ my mouse now. It will randomly reboot my PC. But I've been using my serial "Genius Netmouse" and haven't had any probs. Win 98 SE will get all the drivers for the USB and mouse but doesn't initialize it. Anyone know what I should try?? I'd really like to get this mouse going.

Install mouseware9.0 first with the old mouse, reboot with new mouse
