Hi. I am not sure if it is the software, or the mouse, but whenever I click "back" via the Shift-Wheel Mouse short cut key, I skip back 2 pages instead of just 1. Can't find any settings that change this. It was just fine using my good old MS MouseWheel.
Please advice.
Thanks!

I`ve just tried this with my Logitech Optical mouse,it works fine only goes back one page, anyway all I can think off is go into mouseware see what settings you have for the buttons tab,I`ve my wheel button for webwheel , & I`ve the scrolling for 6 lines try this.

Btw what happens when you click on the wheel button which brings up the Logitech webwheel shortcut menu & you click back, does it go back 1 or 2 pages?

Hi Mem. Thank you for response. I have checked the settings in Mouseware and there is a setting on the scrolling, and I have always set this to scroll 1 line per 1 notch/turn, even when I was using the MS mouse. But I will set it to 6 lines and see what happens. I am upset with this mouse as I have always used a MS mouse and it has gone back 1 page per notch and then suddenly when I have switched to this mouse it does not function as well as I have thought.
That webwheel function seems to be working fine... it goes back 1 page back per notch. Turning this on, however affects the games that I play, e.g. Quake 3, even after I have installed the game wheel patch. And that is annoying the hell out of me.
Thanks again for your help... will keep you posted.

Edit: Just changed the setting to 6 lines per notch, but I am still having the same problems. Still going from page 3 to page 1. Page 2 is still skipped. I will get this mouse exchanged for the more expensive blue colored one and see it would help.

This is weird anyway I`ve the Logitech optical Mouseman Wheel(the blue one) & it works fine,I wonder if it could be some sort of old software problem from the old mouse, anyway try going into safe mode & see how many mice you have listed in device manger if the old one is still there remove it,if still no go,try removing the logitech mouse & reinstalling the drivers & software.

yeah, i have a problem w/ this mouse in that you have to do a reg edit to get the wheel working right in games... but then it will skip images in acdsee :( and to have it scroll the way i want to in IE (faster i scroll, faster it moves), it kills my aim scrolling :(

Thank you all for putting in suggestions. Anyway, I've just got the mouse exchanged to a blue one and it is working just fine and dandy... scrolls correctly now... for now :) I am using Mouseware ver. 9.28 Build 44, by the way.
One thing, though. If I use the WebWheel function, it screws up some games. I guess the only solution to this is to disable that function and use the traditional scroll function as defined in Mouseware software.
Just wondering if the game wheel patch is included in Mouseware ver. 9.28 Build 44.
Thanks ya'll.
