Logitech Optical mouse goes spastic with Belkin KVM...

I've got a Logitech Optical mouse connected to a Belkin OmniView 2 port economy KVM switch. Every time I switch between computers, and then move the mouse, it gose really weird, and jumps around the screen like crazy and selects things... really weird. I have found that unpluging the mouse for 4 seconds then pluging it back in solves the problem, but that gets really annoying. I have the Logitech Mouseware 9.73 installed on both computers, with the PS/2 port rate at 200Hz.

Any help would be much appreciated...

Update to 9.75 drivers

use USB ?

I'll try the 9.75's.... if I use USB, it kind of makes the KVM less useful, as I'd have to fumble behind the back of the computer to change cables.

Well, the 9.75 drivers didn't solve the problem. I did solve it by reducing the PS/2 report rate to 100Hz. The Belkin KVM must not support over 100Hz. It's a pity, cos 100Hz is pretty jerky (after being at 200Hz for quite a few years).
