Logitech MX700 Question

I recieved a used Logitech MX700 mouse and ran into one problem. The "sliders" or the pads on the bottom of the mouse that help it move smoothly are either gone or need replaced. Is there material that can replace these or a place I can buy these at. The mouse doesn't have a smooth feel without it.
 
think newegg or some such retailer carries the actual feet too. mine have been protected from day one with the tape🙂 easy to replace..no worry of wear.
