I just moved my PC from once case to another and now my wireless keyboard will nto connect to the receiver. I hold down the connect button and then press the button on the mouse, it connects and is usable. I do the same for the keyboard, yet it does nothing. This is the first time I have had to do this, since it worked out of the box. Maybe I am doing it wrong. Any ideas?

Okay, do the obvious questions first. Got good charged batteries installed? Are you holding/pressing the button in the back in for the length of time the manual suggests? Are you making sure you are holding the keyboard in the right way to make sure the signal gets a clear unobstructed view to the reciever? I have the 3100 unit and on it you have something like 20 or 30 seconds to do it all in sequence so check to make sure you arent taking too much time. Its also possible the keyboard went bad. I had one go bad on me after about a year. The keyboard just wouldnt enable even though the batteries were new and working. In the end I had to buy a new unit.

New batteries, the unit is only a couple months old, mouse connects and works fine.

Instructions say to hold in connect button on mouse for 2 second to turn on(this works), then it says to press connect on receiver, then quickly press connect on mouse(mouse connects and works). The actual instructions don't mention connecting the keyboard. But if you look on the bottom of the keyboard, it shows you to turn the mouse on, oress connect on receiver then mouse, then connect again on receiverthen on keyboard. I do this and it seems like it is searching for the keyboard as the lights flash and everything, but the keyboard doesn't connect. I can press the F mode key and it will toggle the F mode light on and off on the receiver. But the keyboard will not work.

Instructions also say if the computer has a PS2 port to use it for the mouse and the adaptor for the keyboard, if it is USB only, then just use USB. I have tried all combonations of this. I don't recall how it was set up before.
